“Corsair -does it randomly disconnect/ reconnect like Logitech G930? Logitech says it's gotta me be after 4 headset replacements. I have a Asus G75VW gaming laptop with OS 7 and 3.0 USB but Logitech says it's my side, not their poopy headset. Problem didn't start until like a week of ownership and every headset has been the same, or started showing issues sooner. I'd love to own wireless, how reliable is this Corsair?”

I've had zero issues with disconnects and I'm happy with them overall. The battery lasts me around 8 hours or so before they need to be plugged in to recharge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hate to side with the customer service reps but it probably is your end. I had a similar issue, which turned out to be the cord it shipped with. I'd reccomend you try using a standard phone usb charger if you have one. If not that, I'd try swapping usb ports, you may be overloading a hub, I'm not sure how the gaming laptop hubs are designed, though. Lastly you could try it on a separate computer, preferably a desktop, to monitor the connectivity status. But the Corsair is a great model, I'd highly recommend it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had the same problem with those cans, so we bought these instead. While the sound is not as good IMO, it does not disconnect. These cans are far more reliable and have not disconnected in a months use. Much better in that regard over the G930's.
