• Yes, you can plug it into your controller with the 3.5mm plug. Microphone and headphones both work. PC works flawlessly with either connection your PC has.

• Yes! Plugs right into the Xbox one controller! I use it to play Rainbow 6 Siege and it gives me a huge advantage with surround sound . Corsair is a brand known for PC gaming so one can assume it works perfectly with PC as well.
