Questionso i have amic but i doesn't work cause there is not only an audio jack but also a microphone one how would this work to get both sound and mic

- Answer This headset has an option where it plugs the headphone jack into a USB adapter. So your best bet is to use the USB. My computer also has separate audio and mic jacks and I use the USB and it works well!

- Answer It should work, I have seperate dedicated jacks for audio and mic as well and I use the USB and it works just fine.

- Answer As far as I know, the iCue software just provides the simulated 7.1 surround sound. I didn't install any software, just let Windows autoconfigure the device, and I am able to listen to music and participate in videoconferencing calls.

- Answer If you don't have a headphone jack on your phone, you can connect attach a lightning adapter to the headphone jack and it should work. My phone doesn't have the headphone jack port and I use an USB-c adapter connect to the headphone jack and it works perfectly fine.

- Answer Yes. So long as a game supports surround sound, and your computer supports surround sound and not MONO, then this headset will replicate the "3D audio".

- Answer Hi FrustratedCustomer, The HS45 doesn't have sidetone options in iCUE, but you can enable listening to your device in Windows. Under the Microphone device properties in Windows, you'll want to enable Listen to this Device under the Listen tab.
