• Just plugs into the 4-pin Fan plug-in on your motherboard. If you only have a 3 pin it will still work, but I think it just means you won't be able to control the fan speed.

• You connect them to your mother board header ( your motherboard should indicate where to put them ) and also it comes with a hub where you connect all the fans so you can control the rgb through the Corsair iQue software. The hub then connects to SATA for power.

• Each of the 3 fans plug in using a 3-pin fan connection on the motherboard and a proprietary one to the light controller. The light controller plugs into a USB bus port on the motherboard. You can use a wiring harness for the fans (not included) but you will need to make sure that you have a powerful enough power supply or you could end up with over voltage issues.
