• Can't turn off the fan light but if you connect it to your motherboard then you will need to use the motherboard corresponding software for fan control, it is also usually in the bios

• The LEDs are hardwired into the fans power, without a separate RGB cable to can’t turn them off without turning off the fan.

• No, but the brightness can be lowered a bit using the fan speed control, but I wouldn't recommend using a custom fan curve that lowers performance to lower the brightness.

• You cannot turn it off. You control the fan with a PWM header, whether it be on your motherboard or a Commander Pro, etc...
