• yes! you gotta have the full system to do so. aint gonna have that opt if u just plug it in on your mobo.

• Unfortunately not. If I’m not mistaken, the ML series fan leds from Corsair operate with the speed of the rpm it’s going. Max RPM, means brightest led. No RPM means no leds on. 0 rpm would essentially turn off the leds, but essentially would defeat the purpose of a case fan.
