I am not sure what else you are using in your set up but if your running the 6800xt you should be fine with a 750w. The 6800 xt is listed to draw around 300W but more like 400w if you will be overclocking. if your case can fit a 750w or even a 850w I would go with that. I always like to tell people, you want to buy something you will grow into, not grow out of. Who knows what you will add to your pc setup down the road so having a little extra reserve power for the future will only benefit you. Hope this helps.
