QuestionIt states that it's App Compatible, which when the information exclamation point is clicked on informs you that it can be controlled via your mobile device... What app do you download to control these lights from your phone? An app would be a major bonus

- Answer I don't believe there is a mobile app available but you can control with Corsair ICUE software since you are connecting to USB for control there.

QuestionWhy is this LED strip 3-pin when Corsair requires 4-pin? Does it come with a convertor?

- Answer Hi CRH66, Our LED strips utilize a 3-pin RGB connector, while our RGB fans utilize a 4-pin RGB connector. An adapter is not included - if you do not already have a controller for these strips, please look at our LS100 Starter Kit, which includes one in the packaging. If you are planning to install our lighting strips inside a PC case, please refer to our COMMANDER CORE XT or Lighting Node PRO.
