A:AnswerJust make sure the DIMM you get is the exact same Specs, number as the stock model. All those numbers, specs make a different. I used a additional DDR4, but it was not Identical and that cost me a lot for the Repair of the Damage.
A:AnswerHello Daniel,
One of these kits should work greatly with those components.

A:AnswerHi Gabe,
There would be many G5 submodels. Please refer to your specific manual for upgrade paths for memory and other internal devices, or reach out to us with more information and we can help. As far as using different brands for memory, we couldn't guarantee on our end that there wouldn't be any compatibility issues as the modules were not tested together.
Here's how to reach us: support.corsair.com
A:AnswerHi,

A:AnswerMy understanding is that mixing different speed RAM modules will slow your system down to the speed of the slowest RAM module installed. In general, this can introduce timing issues that will adversely affect system performance. Whether a 2400MHz module will actually work in a specific 3000MHz system would best be answered by the manufacturer of that specific system.
Bottom line: as someone who has worked on digital electronics for many years, I would NOT attempt to save a few dollars by mixing different speed RAM modules.
Hope this helps.
Janet
A:AnswerHi Dawson,
I'm not finding information specific to this system, have you reached out to CyberPower PC? If you can get us more specific information as to which motherboard is being used we may be able to assist: support.corsair.com
A:AnswerHi Jimbo,
While the module would work fine with the system by itself, we cannot guarantee that it would work as an addition to what you already have. Sometimes, compatibility problems between separate modules/kits can be experienced.
Any other questions please reach out: support.corsair.com
A:AnswerHi Frost,
Afraid not, you need a SO-DIMM (laptop kit), please refer to your laptop's manual for more specific information, and do reach out if you require any further assistance: support.corsair.com
A:AnswerHi Albert,
Afraid we can't guarantee the compatibility when using more than the modules that just come in one of our kits( whether it's 1 or 8 modules), as they're not tested together at the factory. Good luck!
And do reach out if you have any other questions about this kit itself: support.corsair.com
A:AnswerHi,
Seems like you would need a DDR4 SO-DIMM kit, unfortunately, do look for a kit that's 2400MHz as per the manual. If you cannot find out any more information, contact us and we can help: support.corsair.com
