- Answer Your CPU supports up to 2933Mhz, so if you use this RAM the CPU will slow it down and your money will be wasted sadly.

QuestionI purchased this ram and sometimes I have to change slots for it to work ( orange p-light) on an alienware aurora R7. Once set it does great. any idea's ? I checked dells site and it says nothing about speed only ddr-4.

- Answer if your MB supports 32gb, and you have 2 extra slots you can add another 16 gb kit, make sure speed matches what you have now...

- Answer No. That device uses DDR3. This memory is DDR4. I could not find any information on it that system had a refresh change to include DDR4 memory compatible motherboards. I highly suggest not purchasing this memory as it most definitely will not work.

- Answer I'm not particularly familiar with that MacBook, but this ram is meant to installed in a desktop computer. I doubt MacBook RAM could be replaced, but definitely not with this RAM.
