Make sure your computer is turned off and you are grounded from static electricity, gently remove the current memory sticks and line up the slots on these and GENTLY push them in until the end latches click into place. That's all there is. Turn your computer on and look under your windows menu for Windows Admin, scroll down to system information and you should see the 32 GB ram installed.
