Try adding one stick of ram and boot the pc. If you’ve troubles with it booting again. Try the other stick of ram. If it doesn’t boot after trying both sticks of ram. Unfortunately you could have a bad kit. If trying one stick works boot the system, power off, then add the other stick of ram. You can vaildate that both sticks of ram are working by checking the bios

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Could be a variety of things. Did you install it yourself? If so, did you make sure you were grounded to the case before sticking your hands in? Have you tried putting the old sticks back in?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I experienced no issues try using the other 2 dimm slots on your board and make sure everything is seated. The first boot could also take a couple seconds longer to configure the sticks
