A:AnswerWell the reach of these headsets is 40ft I often am able to walk from my dining room to my kitchen to my game room and they still work. So it’s not distance. I’m not 100% sure what’s wrong but it is possible they just aren’t compatible with the Xbox one/360. This is true for some headphones so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was for this brand here.

Depends on how heavily you use it and which RGB effects you have going. There's no plug in option and it would only function wirelessly but you can charge and use at the same time.
For actual figures on battery longevity you can have as little as 3-4 hours but go up to over 10 hours without charging.

A:AnswerThese will work with PS4. The volume cannot be adjusted very loud and no virtual surround sound. DO NOT BUY EXCLUSIVELY TO USE WITH PS4. There are better options such as the Sony Gold set. If you want to use these wtih PS4 do so as a backup pair or for rare use to keep quiet at night. Use these with PC and the CUE software that makes them work the best.
A:AnswerThere is a USB adapter (generally sold separately in most cases, but is included in the Special Edition Yellow headset), a charging cable and a foam mic cover to isolate outside noise. I would imagine you could use it with your MacBook if you connected the USB adapter to your computer and then turned the headphones on and connected to it. Hope this help!
A:AnswerYes they work for me. I had to go into setting>sound and using the drop down menu for input and output, I had to set it to the void pro headphones. They work and so does the mic, but I cannot get the software to download (obviously as it is a .msi) therefore I don't believe I am getting the maximum output and value for my money. I plan on returning them tbh.
