From my experience using 3.5 and USB devices at the same time, your PC will recognize both and you will be able to switch the output device that you wish to use in your settings. I don't think there's a way to use both at once but I haven't seriously looked into it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No.. You just turn them off then down in your windows audio control tab thingy you would select your PC speakers as the output. When you want to use the headphones again, you just go down and select them as the output. You don't need to unplug the USB dongle every time.
