• Yes, and you are able to use the provided Corsair program for the headset to control the Voice Monitoring sound-level

• Yes it’s part of the software but there is still a problem with it coming back on after mute, so I just keep the software up and move the lever for the side tone volume in it. A bit of a pain if u mute yourself a lot.

• Yes, on the usb that comes with it there is a program that helps you with setting it up.
