• The switch IS wireless USB compatible (there are two USB ports in the dock), as proven by Nintendo Life. They noticed that it came in the 4.0 update, look it up. However, I don't know of a specific headset that works, but i'd love to buy one.

• To the best of my knowledge, the Switch doesn’t work with wireless headphones. In this case, there’s nowhere to plug in the adaptor. I know I have to physically connect the BT headphones I usually use when want to use them on the Switch.
