QuestionI recently bought the Void Elite RGB Wireless headset and attempted to charge it to full before the first use. It’s been charging for around 3 hours now and the charging indicator is still an solid amber color. Is my product defective in some way?

- Answer I would use the iCue Software to track the battery life of the headset. I seem to always notice the Amber light being on even when fully charged.

QuestionI have the latest version of ICUE when I bought the (CORSAIR - MM800 Polaris RGB Gaming Mouse Pad) and my original Voids are not recognized by ICUE. My Question is will these Void Elite work with the the new version ICUE ?

- Answer Dont use the ICUE. It's terribly and poorly designed. It often will have issues with video games and is known to cut out certain sounds as well. The reason is that it amazingly alters your channels literally deleting multiple channels. If these deleted channels are used (Often for high buzz notification sounds.) no sound will go through them. You may not even realize some sounds are being muted right away. Use the generic driver, it's much better.

- Answer Yes. Fully bluetooth and very powerful. I believe its Bluetooth 5.1. I have the receiver on a USB 3.0 extension and taped 6 feet up on the wall and it goes all the way out to my car and even almost to my mailbox down the street. Its very powerful.

- Answer Delete ICUE if you have it, it's terrible and can cause these issues. Delete the generic driver too, restart the computer. The driver can be found in the device manager, audio inputs, and outputs. Make sure your Bluetooth dongle is also working properly and connected.
