- Answer These headphones only work on your PC. They transmit wirelessly with a Bluetooth dongle that is packed in. As a result, your device has to be compatible with this dongle and it isn't something a television will have functionality for (recognizing the dongle and communicating with it).

QuestionI see under specs, Wireless Connectivity Wi-Fi. I also see, 2.4GHz wireless USB technology. Does this connect via USB or wifi? What is the Special-edition receiver dock used for?

- Answer Wireless isn't necessarily "Wi-Fi"; These headphones are Wireless with a dongle. The dongle the device comes with is how the headphones communicate with your PC. You can plug this dongle directly into your PC. For instances where your PC is perhaps tucked away or harder to get at, the dock (with a fairly long cable), allows the dongle to be in a removed place from your PC. (eg. Computer behind a desk; dongle on desktop). The dongle itself does require USB to connect.

QuestionHow is this headset for someone who wears glasses? I currently have the PS Gold headset. After a while they start to push the frames against my head, causing discomfort and the occasional headache. Wondering if these will do the same. Thanks.

- Answer many of corsair products are controlled through software called the 'corsair utility engine' CUE.....if corsair writes the software for mac then it works, if not...then youll probably need some better work around

QuestionHow do i get my usb dongle for my Corsair void fixed?my dongle's plug became bent when its plug came loose and began to hang, then my friend tries to fix it and breaks off the plug and snaps off one of the usb prongs. I NEED HELP WITH THIS!
