A:Answer It has both Japanese and English audio options, both in TrueHD 5.1 and 2.0 options with English subtitles.
Just as an FYI, while there is nothing wrong with the audio, the audio and subtitle options have to be set up at the beginning (not optioned during the playback as they wont take). Sometimes the option setting will seem like the opposite of intuitive, but it will indeed playback all audio and subtitle options.
