• I'm not sure if this phone is locked but since it is a prepaid cricket phone it probably is.

• Phone is locked to Cricket wireless plan. In order to have them unlock device you must have been a Cricket customer with the phone for 6 months, BTW, the phone is well worth the money and Cricket plans are more than reasonable!
