Don't Know if they have differences internally I know they have the same shell. Cricket uses at&ts network. I have used att phones on crickets network with no problem except you will have waisted factory apps of AT&T instead of cricket on your phone that take up storage space. I used Verizon phone on tmobiles network years ago and the phone constantly sent me notifications saying i was using an incompatible device. I did have to go into apn settings watching a YouTube video to make picture messaging and data work. It did work but definitely could be a hassle. If you have to reset your phone you have to do that process again. Pretty sure you could get them to work but would it be worth the hassle and waisted storage space? You could probably get someone to fully unlock it but after the extra money and time you wouldn't be saving much or anything at all.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only real difference is that the XT2 has a curved glass screen. The camera, the processor and the rest are the same. both feature a 5.5" display, 16GB memory and 12 MP cameras. This phone should work on Verizon or any other GSM carrier once it is unlocked. You can get an unlock code from Cricket after 6 months of service.
