I get BETTER signal strength on the Elate than I did with my Samsung.

It's the features, battery and software that really sets them apart. Also, the popular name brands in the lower end are not your best options. That being said. The Elate is one of those phones that will surprise you and give you a new outlook on why you would need a 700-1000 smartphone, this phone has same signal strength as the iPhone 7 plus in my area. Don't let the price fool you. Great but and all the phone you'll need.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.A cellphone plays an insignificant role when it comes to signal strength. If your concern is signal strength then it's best to base that decision on the cell carrier, not the device. That said if your buying this phone based on user experience, I find that the this phone on cricketwireless (uses att wireless network) performs well for me in the following areas: battery life, voice clarity, device speed, and value (competes with the top name android phones...samsung, lg, etc.) Good luck!
