- Answer I do believe so. I’m fairly sure once the time is up it will switch to warm. It’s pretty much like the last one we had. Hope this helps

QuestionShould this crockpot boil the contents on the LOW setting? Also, shouldn't the heat be reduced on the WARM setting? When my food was cooked I reduced the heat to WARM. When I checked, hours later, the food was still boiling and overcooked as a result..

- Answer Instructions say NOT to lock the lid while cooking. I just set the lid on the Crock without locking, and it worked fine. It says locking is only for moving/transport once cooked.

- Answer Yes the outside does get quite hot. That is why the instructions say to always use the handles on each side and the handle on top of the lid to move/add ingredients.
