Call the company as I do not know either... 800 323 9519 it is always safer to call than find out from someone who did canning with it but the temp was not high enough and they did not check for sure themselves...better safe than sorry ..the temperatures need to be high enough to kill botulism (clostridium botulinum). .. when time or temperatures are too low it is a danger and does not kill the organisms .. electric pressure cookers are lower tempered than manual pressure cookers as a general rule.. each company has their own standard. Best to check fully.
