NVME drives are usually inserted into the slot at an angle around 45 degrees, and then secured to the motherboard with a screw. Some motherboards use other methods like push-pins to secure the drive.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.M.2 drives will need a screw to hold it down. Usually the screw is already installed on the motherboard stand off. If not then you maybe able to order the correct screw online.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't need a screw believe it or not it works without one. I had to install mine without my little baggie of motherboard screws so it's just hanging in the socket all air cooled and everything far away from the hot as motherboard I got :)
