A:Answermine had that smell the first time cooking in it, like most do. I recommend running it for 15/20 minutes when you first get it to bake off those chemical smells. After that there was no smell with mine.
A:AnswerYou can use the button that looks like the face. I actually cook salmon at 350 and dpnds on how big, mine I set up for 6 mins but I check in btwn just in case.
