• Turn the left knob to the time location, then adjust the time with the HR and MIN buttons.

• I think that you have to change it manually. I also can't figure out why the clock is so small and doesn't have a back light.

• Turn the left hand knob to "clock", hold hour button down until display starts to flash, release button briefly and press hour button once to increase hour by one. If you need to subtract one hour, keep button pressed until the hours go all the way around and then release button at correct hour. Make sure you stop at the correct AM or PM hour.
