“I set my grind control to 4 so it will make 4 cups and Brew strength to boldest. However, It always brews 8-12 cups instead of 4. What’s wrong? It’s grinding enough beans for 4 cups, however since it’s making 8-12 cups instead the coffee is very weak.”

• Just put in as many cups of water as you want to make, as it will empty the tank, no mater how much water you put in.

• The grind dial doesnt change the number of cups - it changes the size of the grinds. You must be putting 8-12 cups of water if you are getting 8-12 cups brewed. I'm not sure why it is only grinding enough for 4 cups then.

• If the water reservoir has 12 cups it will make 12 cups
