Yes, but... The best way to do it is to semi freeze the meat first. cut the meat into 1/2 -1 inch pieces first, then spread them out on a cookie sheet then "freeze" for about 15 minutes. This will keep the meat from turning into "pink goo". Also, don't for get fat. If your's using very lean meat, add some butter (Real BUTTER), which will help it hold together and give a great flavor.
