• A:Answer The short answer is yes and yes. This is the non-subscription version of the PowerDirector software. The EULA says you can make a backup copy for your personal use. With that said, if you have an issue with a PC that you have installed it on, you can always reinstall it on the second PC. And for the screenshot question, yes you can.
