As long at the wattage is below 200W continuous draw, it will power the lamp. However, you need a battery source to connect to for your power input (i.e. automotive power port or direct connection to a car battery). If you need sustained power away from a vehicle, you will need a way to get utility power to it as a battery backup unit will not provide sustained run-time and you will still need a utility outlet to charge the battery.
