Since it is a 1080 Ti you'd probably get around 500 FPS while playing minecraft. Those games you've listed are all low demanding games and a 1080 TI is way too powerful for your needs. Of course you could still buy it but it would be extremely unnecessary. I'd personally get a 1050 or 1060 if I were you, too save a lot of money. Search on YouTube for GTX1080 TI FPS test
