QuestionWhy is Windows 8.1 not activated on my new laptop?I was booting into the system of my new laptop and I'm getting prompted to activate windows. When I do, I am asked to enter the another product. key. The Activate Windows screen states "This product key doesn't work. You might need to get in touch with the store or company you bought Windows from, or you can buy a new key from Microsoft".

- Answer The permanent Windows registration key is on a sticker located on the bottom of the laptop. System needs to be connected online when entering key to register the copy with Microsoft. If you have any further inquiries, you can contact CYBERPOWERPC at (888)937-5582.
