“Two power buttons on the top, one is bigger besides the blue LED light, and another one is smaller on the orange LED light which is flashing. My question is why it has 2 power buttons. I have to switch on/off the smaller one to turn on the computer”

Thanks for reaching out Linda. The smaller button on top of the orange LED should be the RESET button. The bigger one below the blue LED should be the POWER button. You would only need to press the power button to turn on the PC. The reset button is to reset the PC when it is on.
