“Could this PC run games such as arma 3, DayZ, and RainbowSixSiege? Because those are the games I mainly plan on playing, also is it WiFi ready? Will I need a WiFi adapter or is it already built into the motherboard?”

This Pc will be able to run each of those games however in a lower resolution than 1080p. You will need to adjust the graphical setting for each game for best possible performance. The Pc is equipped with a WiFi card so as long as you have a wireless router the PC will be able to connect to the signal.
