Can I plug an el Gato into this pc? null

An external elgato would work fine but not the internal one as of right now. There is a current bug that makes an internal elgato not to function in the smaller pcie slot with the new ryzen chips and you can't replace the GPU with the elgato card temporarily because the ryzen chips don't have any integrated graphics. There might be updates later down the line to address that but as of now, no it does not work.
