“Does this computer have speakers? Says 7.1 surround sound, but what does that mean?”

The PC itself doesn't come with speakers. Those would need to be purchased separately. 7.1 surround sound just specifies what kind of speaker setup the computer can support up to as there 2.0, 5.1, and 7.1 setups which the PC can support all of those.
