“It states in the spec that it has a DVD drive but one of the comment says that it doesn't! Which one is correct? No DVD drive would be a deal breaker to me!”

This model PC cannot support an internal DVD drive. For such models it is recommended to purchase an external USB DVD or BluRay drive which can be used in the event you ever need to use the included recovery disc or motherboard driver discs. No it don't come with one even though it states on the description that it does. I called best buy about this and they pawned it off on cyberpower so I called them and they said that best buy listed it wrong. I got mine on 10/16/2017 and will be sending it back as it wasn't what was listed on the site when I purchased it. would of even taken an external one just give me what I paid for

I own this computer and I bought it from Best Buy... It's does not have a DVD player... I love the computer.. I upgraded it to Windows 10 pro and also doubled the RAM... A larger SSD would help but I'm able to work with this...
