Yes but you would need the upgrade the psu and unfortunately, the mother board and cpu would be impractical when paired with it so I recommend 2070 super or in the price point, a 3060 ti. The 3060ti would be an overspec for the system but the 2070 super isn't worth the upgrade unless you sell the included gpu for around 50$ over retail but why do that when you could buy a 3060ti for the price. Personally, I would choose a 2080 ti or super but the price on those things are silly compared to the 3060 price. None of these items are currently in stock and unfortunately the 2070 isn't here, where you can buy it for retail. In short 3080 is too op for it might even fry the thing, for all choices you would have to upgrade psu main cheap options are 2070 super and 3060ti.
