I think there are some serious flaws with the graphics card used in this computer. I've had issues with this as well, among others. If yours is doing what mine is doing, the tower powers on (all the RGB lights, fans etc all light up), but the monitors fail to get any video signal and eventually go back to sleep. The best bet to get it working is to unplug it, switch the power switch to "on," then hold down the power button for about 10 seconds to discharge any electricity in the system. Plug it back in, hit the power button again, then press F2 to get it to boot into BIOS. From there you can look through the menus to get it to boot normally. That seems to usually work. I've found that any time I shut it down I have to do this to get it working.
