QuestionMy Computer that I got for my birthday’s Bluetooth does seem to work. I’ll pair a device and then it will play spotty audio and then disconnect. It also won’t show any other devices besides those right next to it.

- Answer There are 4 ram slots and this computer can handle up to 128 gigabyte of ram. I'm taking out the 2 8-gigabyte ram sticks and replacing them with 2 32-gigabyte ram sticks giving me 64 gigabytes so far with 2 extra slots if I wish to go with 128 gigabyte total.

- Answer The RGB lights dont run thru the motherboard so I dont see how that would be possible. But I could be wrong.

- Answer Hold down the other button on the top of the PC it should turn off, you can also cycle the colors with the same button by just pressing it

QuestionThe listing says there is space for (2) 2.5" drives and (1) 3.5" drive in this case. I only see space for (3) 2.5" drives on a removable panel in the side (all holes appear to be 2.5" apart) and nowhere for a 3.5" to attach. No manuals were included.
