“Motherboard chip BIOS?”

• Good luck finding one.... If you do let us know... I purchased this model Cyberpower PC roughly 9 days ago from the date of this reply. Gigabyte B550 UD AC motherboard. Gigabyte DOES NOT have this model motherboard as an option under the downloads/support section of their website. Contacting gigabyte support yielded a response of this is an OEM motherboard, contact cyberpower pc... Contacting cyberpower PC yielded a response of search Gigabyte's website and contact them if you want to find drivers / BIOS files... The PC itself runs absolutely beautifully... I'm just disappointed that I'm getting the runaround in regards to BIOS file locations on the internet if I ever wanted to upgrade it...

• You have to go to the CyberPower website to download the drivers. It's made by Gigabyte, but it's not listed on their site for bios downloads. This is the link you need to go to. http://www.cyberpowerinc.com/drivers/?dir=Motherboards/BIOS/Gigabyte

• b550 chipset. Mine came with an asus b550-plus prime motherboard
