- Answer Good luck finding one.... If you do let us know... I purchased this model Cyberpower PC roughly 9 days ago from the date of this reply. Gigabyte B550 UD AC motherboard. Gigabyte DOES NOT have this model motherboard as an option under the downloads/support section of their website. Contacting gigabyte support yielded a response of this is an OEM motherboard, contact cyberpower pc... Contacting cyberpower PC yielded a response of search Gigabyte's website and contact them if you want to find drivers / BIOS files... The PC itself runs absolutely beautifully... I'm just disappointed that I'm getting the runaround in regards to BIOS file locations on the internet if I ever wanted to upgrade it...

QuestionCan you replace the cpu cooling on this computer?

- Answer It's a 5600g cpu, so even stock would be able to cool it. Comes with a cooler master heatsink/fan, so replacing the cooler is unnecessary imo

QuestionWould I be fine putting a RTX 2060 graphics card in this PC? Or would I need to upgrade the PSU to be able to do that?

- Answer you can place any other graphic friend. but I clarify that an rtx 2060 and the rtx 3060 are graphics inferior to the RX6600XT. the rx6600xt is vastly superior to the rtx2060. if it does that you would be losing almost 50% of performance in games. if you put an rtx 2060 in this pc you will be turning this computer into something vastly inferior.

QuestionIve purchased this prebuilt and i cant figure out how to customize the RGB fans. The buttons on top of this case seem to not work.

- Answer If you purchased this exact build, its on top of the PC tower, there are two buttons to the right below the USB inputs with a circle figure, one with an "M" and one without it. Click the one without it, that's how you change the color of the lighting fans in your PC.

QuestionHello, I was wondering, what is the average amount of FPS that this PC will run for Fortnite? I went to my local Best Buy and I asked an employee about it, but he said it's only good for doing homework on and stuff. He said it runs Fornite at about 30FPS.

- Answer That is cap pc will handle fortnite like a beast. don't ever trust the employees he's just trying to get your money will run at about 140 stock you should upgrade the ram tho.

QuestionWhy would you do single channel ram on a Ryzen system. I don't know if anyone will even see this but for the love of God at least get another 8gb stick of ram so you can run it dual channel. The difference it makes on a Ryzen system is absolutely huge.
