“I just got this PC and through my Ethernet connection it wont go any faster then 80-90 Mbps. I have tested 3 other computers and they are get up over 300 Mbps. I have 300 mbps from xfinity. Do I need to return this computer? It is a week old.”

Make sure you've run all the Windows Updates then check Manufacture Driver Updates for the Network Adapter.
