Thanks for reaching out micahagoat. You will need to change or adjust your settings to get more FPS. You will also need to uncap your frame rate limit if it hasn't been uncapped already. The RX 580 should be more than enough to handle Fortnite. Also update your video card drivers if you haven't already.
