“HI, I just bought this for my son as his first gaming computer and two of the fans do not light up, and his gaming headset does not fit the ports. The headset plug goes in part way, but not completely. It seems to be the correct size, but does not work.”

The headphone jacks are on the back (dual green/pink), not the ones on top, like I thought as well. The fans should light up, but as it states on the box, some things may come undone. There is a small black button by the power button that is the light controller for the fans that may be able to cycle it.
