• Yes. It comes with a power cable. You'll need a cable to connect to a monitor (HDMI, DP, etc.)

• The PC is pre-built. Only 1 loose wire ( A/C wall to PC . All you need to do is connect the wall to pc wire. Then either hook up a DP cable or usb 2.0 cable to the Graphics card. Not the mother board! It comes with a mouse and key board. Change display setting to max on windows to 240hz and you're set
