Q: QuestionI can't get the fans RGB to come on! Upon bootup I had to disable the app center for the motherboard bc it's not loading anything, just staying on the screen. before and after I disabled it pressing the arrow button on top of PC doesnt work, any advice?

Q: QuestionWe have this model. When it goes to sleep though, it isn't "waking up." We move the mouse, press the windows key.... we've tried the FN keys, even CTRL+ALT+DEL. Nothing seems to wake up, except doing a hard restart with the power button. Help?
