- Answer No LAN cable but it has good WIFI range. I am able to play in my room and I have my WiFi in the living room. It has all the ports to connect cables. You have to buy separate cables

- Answer You can do this with no issues, I download and stream and play at the same time, might just have a few frame drops but nothing too noticeable. If you want top tier performance get the 32 ram version.

- Answer you can upgrade to a giga-board and have the newest nvidia graphics card as per the newest one during this review. You can have amd thread ripper or one of the newest intel processors as well
