“Could this be built with a Air cooling system (Fans)Instead of a Liquid cooling system I have never use a liquid cooling system I don't know fully how they work I like air (fans) better so I don't have to worried about the water replacement and all that.”

It's a prebuilt meaning you buy it as is and can't change any of the parts. Only way to get it with an air cooler is either buy an air cooler and swap the liquid cooler out yourself or buy a custom config off cyberpowerpc website.
